Senior product managers at RFA are strategic partners who work with leadership in RFA’s editorial, creative, and technical teams to assess the needs of our audience and staff, craft product solutions to meet those needs, gather feedback and create alignment on next steps, guide the implementation of our plans, and communicate and evaluate results.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Operations and Innovation, the senior product manager in this role will be the primary product leader in the implementation of the Arc XP content management system across RFA, partnering with leaders across the organization including the CTO and his leadership team and the executive and managing editors to craft products and workflow strategies to meet the complex digital publishing needs of the organization as a whole and the individual needs of each RFA and BenarNews language service.
